We raise our brittany puppies in a family environment where they get lots of love and positive stimulation with the help of my six children. Brittany puppies raised in a family setting are bold, well adjusted, easy going and ready for anything. We expose young pups to birds at an early age to stimulate bird drive and to get them keyed up on live birds. We are not planning another litter until late fall 2010, possibly a repeat breeding between Annie and Buster. Our other three young females are still in training and will not be bred until they have finished their gun dog training. Also, the dogs have to be 2 years old before they can get their OFA x-rays and certification to be free of hip dysplasia.
