Dave Walker Bird Dog Training Method

Our hunting dog training program is based on the Dave Walker gun dog training method. Using positive training methods we work to cultivate the natural gamebird hunting and pointing instincts of the American Brittany dog. Dave Walker’s bird dog training method focuses on the use of live birds in training young dogs to be steady to wing and shot. We use both live pigeons, quail, chukar and pheasant throughout the training process. We also utilize Tri-Tronics electronic training collars and are members of the Tri-Tronics Influentials club.
